Vineyards and Terroir

Passion makes our wines special, made with all the love for our lands.

The best wines are not made in the cellar, but are grown in the vineyards. The respect for nature, the traditional hand-harvesting, the selection of every single grape and the attention to the vines, allow us to reach a high standard, focusing on quality rather than quantity.  

Our vineyards cover 30 hectares on the terraced hills of Soave Classico and Valpolicella Doc area. Our lands, thanks to the unique terroir and the great passion that we put in the vineyards, give our wines unique perfumes and flavours.
Among the many and refined wines produced in Verona, only in the SOAVE CLASSICO area, on the hills made of tuffaceous soil (volcanic origin) and calcareous outcrops, you can find the perfect marriage between the environment  and the vine variety for the production of a high quality white wine.
The autocthonous white grapes that we use are Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave,
which find their natural expression just on these hills.
In Illasi valley, where we grow the vines for our VALPOLICELLA, the calcareous soils prevails. Here the red grapes are the protagonist: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta.
