    How to survive the Blue Monday...

    This Blue Monday is coming to an end. If today you felt blue and sad, you are not alone!

    Jan. 15th is the saddest day of the year, this is what the science says. Seems that the weather, the days getting shorter, the holidays that are over, the big feasts, the big money spent on Christmas contribute to make today a sad day. Isn't Monday sad anyways?

    Here some advices to survive to all this melancholy:

    1. Get free from the negative thoughts of Monday, Tuesday will be a better day.
    2. After work, give yourself a nice treat: if you are a movie lover, watch the movie you were waiting for. If you are a food lover, make a nice dinner. If you started the year with the good diet resolution, remember that you can still start it on Tuesday. If you need to take a break, call your friends for a long aperitif.
    3. Last but not least: happiness is in a glass of wine...and an happy Tuesday is right here!

    We know it's only Monday, but which better way to start the week sipping a good wine?

    It's a blue Monday, but we are smiling :-)
