    Mediterranean Cod

    Today we propose you a tasty but light and fast recipe!
    The cod has a delicate flavour and it is perfect matched with our Soave Classico, simple and refined, fruity and elegant, that pairs well with first light courses and fish...try and trust!

    Here you are the recipe:

    Coat the cod filet with the white flour.
    In a pan, pour some olive oil and flavour it with the crushed garlic cloves. When the garlic will start to brown, remove it from the oil and add the cod filets and let it fry on both sides.
    Pour half glass of wine in the pan, add the green and black olives (cut in rings) and the capers with a pinch of salt and peppers. Cook it for about 3 mins, then add the tomatoes cut in small pieces. Cook it for 2 mins more and remove it from the fire.
    Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and match it with a nice glass of Soave Classico.
